AJ Fischer has been selling real estate for over 25 years in Naples Florida and now in Banner Elk North Carolina for the past 3 years. She holds her Certified Real Estate specialist, (CRS), her Accredited Buyers Representative, (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI) and several other National Realtor designations.
AJ is the owner of Aadvisor Realty of the High Country and she also is the dealer/ builder for Whisper Creek Log Homes and Avery Quality Home Builders in Avery Country. AJ has an extensive background in the real estate industry. She is a trainer and coach for CKG International Mastery in Real Estate. She was awarded the 1996 “Realtor of the Year” by the Florida Association of Realtors. “Member of the Year” in 2004 by WCR and was the “2003 Florida State President for WCR”. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Nation Women’s Council of Realtors, Avery-Watauga Association and Naples Area Board of Realtors.
She is married to Kevin, her partner. She is a mother to three grown children, and grandmother to 5 and loves her 3 Chihuahuas.

Donna has moved to the High Country from South Florida just this year to get away from the concrete world, heat, congestion and traffic.
